Today, I help businesses and creators work smarter by combining design thinking, web development, and AI automation. My focus is on building systems that are efficient, scalable, and impactful—solutions that save time, reduce friction, and drive real outcomes.

Before I ever knew what code was, I was already obsessed with how things looked and worked. Sketching ideas, playing with colors and layouts—it was all intuitive. My first tech encounter with a ZX Spectrum 48k ignited a spark that never left: the urge to understand, build, and create.

My creative journey wasn’t linear. I started with graphic design, fascinated by branding and visual storytelling. Early roles evolved into communication strategy and team leadership, helping shape company voice, streamline creative workflows, and execute under real-world pressure.

I launched a visual production agency focused on event branding and public-sector clients. We grew quickly—but when the 2010 recession hit Portugal, our core market collapsed. I fought to keep the business alive, but in the end, I lost everything. It was a hard reset—and a major turning point.

After losing the company, I had nothing—no team, no assets, no income. I took small jobs and slowly reconnected with design on a deeper level. This period forced me to strip things down and focus on what truly mattered. I rebuilt my skills, mindset, and creative direction—step by step.

Tired of handing off designs, I learned to code—starting with HTML, CSS, and JS, then diving into React, Node.js, and full-stack frameworks. I went from submitting logos on contest sites to delivering complete digital solutions. Gaining technical control changed how I saw everything.

As I grew technically, I joined high-impact teams like Scytale and Uphold, where I tackled complex challenges in real products. I learned how to collaborate deeply, optimize for scale, and bring both frontend skill and product thinking to the table in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

I started automating tasks using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n—removing bottlenecks for clients. Then AI entered the picture. With language models, I began building smarter, adaptive systems that not only executed—but understood. It was the missing piece that connected it all.

Today, I blend everything I’ve learned—design, development, automation, and AI—to deliver systems that scale with clarity and impact. Whether for startups, teams, or solo creators, my goal is to simplify complexity and help others execute with intention. And I’m just getting started.
